Why the Participation Fee is €150 per Person

We want to ensure that the Ypres Scooter Weekender is a memorable, well-organized event. The participation fee of €150 per person covers the following:

1. Professional Guidance and Support

   • Guided tours along scenic and historic routes led by experienced guides.
   • A support van following the group for roadside assistance in case of breakdowns.

2. Exclusive Event Perks

   • A high-quality event T-shirt for each participant.
   • A custom embroidered event patch and an event sticker to commemorate the weekend.
   • Free entry to the 2 Stroke Dance Party on Saturday evening – a highlight of the weekend!

3. Food and Drinks

   • Two evening meals included during the weekend to keep everyone energized.
   • Five drink tokens provided for refreshments during the event.

4. Special Experiences

   • We are currently negotiating with the city of Ypres to organize:
     • A Last Post parade at the Menin Gate.
     • Free museum access to enrich your weekend experience.

5. Bonus Perks

   • As we are a private non-profit organization, any remaining budget on Saturday will be used to offer free drinks at the 2 Stroke Dance – as long as the money lasts!
